Join the Board
We are calling for nominations of up to nine Director positions on the Board. Current Directors whose elected term expires in November 2024 can also nominate for election. Directors are appointed by the members of CSA, as representatives to lead and govern the organisation. For more information about CSA, read these documents:

The Board is responsible for managing and directing the activities of the organisation to deliver on its strategic initiatives through the provision of strong governance and agile decision making. Board members are from all states and territories of Australia and New Zealand. Board Nominees will have sound personal attributes and professional skills relevant to the role, as well as the time to commit to Board and Committee meetings, training and other Board related activities as required.
This election we are looking for people with skills and experience in any of these priority areas:
Accounting & Finance
NFP strategy
Business development
Fundraising
Communications (digital marketing & website management), community and stakeholder engagement

Follow these steps:

Nominate yourself or someone else by completing the Nomination form for Directors (download).
Submit to admin@chargesyndrome.org.au. If accepted, Board members will first and second your nomination.
Nominations for election to the Board close 5pm AEST Wednesday 23 October 2024.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Newly appointed Directors will take office at the AGM of CHARGE Syndrome Australasia on Tuesday 26 November 2024, 7:00pm AEST Online.
